The role
Agents are only as good as the data underneath them. You will build the pipelines, models, and foundations that feed the agents, all inside the customer’s own cloud and warehouse, so their data never leaves their boundary. Reliable, observable, and secure is the whole job.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain data pipelines inside customer clouds (BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, and friends).
- Model the first-party data that agents and analytics rely on, with quality and lineage you can stand behind.
- Wire agents to live data sources and keep those connections reliable and observable in production.
- Work within least-privilege access and keep everything auditable in the client’s own tooling.
What we're looking for
- Solid data engineering: SQL, pipelines, orchestration, and at least one major warehouse in production.
- You care about reliability and observability, not just getting the data to move once.
- Comfort operating inside someone else’s cloud under real security constraints.
- You can reason about the data a downstream agent actually needs.
Bonus points
- Databricks, dbt, or streaming pipelines.
- Healthcare or other regulated data (PHI handling, BAAs).
- You have supported ML or agent systems with the data they run on.
