Questions, answered.
Straight answers about how Segment360 works: what agentic AI is, why we operate it instead of shipping it, where your data lives, and how an engagement actually runs. No hedging.
Start here.
What is agentic AI, exactly?
Software that does not just predict, it acts. An agent reasons over your data, decides on a next step, takes it, and follows up: answering a call, booking the appointment, updating the record. It runs end to end, within guardrails you set, and hands off to a person when it should.
How is "operated" different from a normal AI vendor?
Most vendors hand you a model or a repository and walk away. We design, build, and then stay on to run the system inside your cloud. Monitoring, tuning, on-call, and accountability for the outcome stay with us. You own the system. We keep it working.
Are you replacing our team?
No. We take the work no one has time to run well and give your team back its hours. The agent handles the repetitive, after-hours, and overflow load. Your people handle the judgment calls, and the agent escalates to them by design.
Your cloud, your controls.
Does our data ever leave our cloud?
No. Agents execute inside your own account and VPC. Your data never crosses your cloud boundary, and we never hold a copy of it on our systems.
Which clouds do you support?
Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure. We deploy where your data already lives, using your models, your pipelines, and your guardrails. We are partners with Google Cloud, Databricks, AWS, and Azure.
What access do you actually have to our systems?
Least privilege, always. We operate through scoped service accounts with only the permissions a given workflow needs, which you grant and can revoke at any time. Every action is logged in your own tooling, and you hold a kill-switch.
Are you SOC 2 or HIPAA certified?
We are honest about this. The architecture is built to the SOC 2 and HIPAA control objectives, and a SOC 2 Type II examination is in progress, but we are not certified today and we do not claim to be. Current status and documentation live in the Trust Center.
Will you sign a BAA?
Yes. For healthcare engagements we sign a Business Associate Agreement before any PHI is in scope.
How it works, and what it costs.
How do we start?
With a 5-day Diagnostic. It is a fixed fee of $3,500, refunded against the build if you move forward. In a week we map your data and stack, size the highest-value workflow, and show you the single first agent worth building.
What does it cost after the Diagnostic?
The Diagnostic gives you a fixed, scoped build proposal before you commit, so there are no open-ended bills. Build and operate pricing depends on the scope we land on together, and we put it in writing up front.
How long until something is live?
The Diagnostic is one week. A first agent typically goes live in phased sprints after that, deployed inside your cloud and validated against real traffic before it carries load. We move in increments so nothing disrupts daily operations.
What if we want to take it in-house later?
You can, any time. The system lives in your cloud and you own it. We document everything and will hand over operations whenever you choose. No lock-in is the point.
