Because the agents we build run inside your own cloud, your operational data and your end-users' data are processed in your own infrastructure. Segment360 adds no subprocessors to that data: it stays in your account, in your region, and is never copied out to systems we own. The list below is therefore not a list of processors of your operational data. It is Segment360's own corporate subprocessors, the vendors we use to run our business and this website.
How to read this
Most subprocessor pages exist because a vendor copies your data into its own systems and then hands parts of it to a chain of downstream providers. Our architecture is different, so this page reads differently. The data the agents process lives in your cloud account. We reach it only through least-privilege roles you grant, every action is recorded in your own audit logs, and you hold a kill-switch to revoke our access at any time.
That means the vendors named below never touch your operational or end-user data. They support Segment360 as a business: our email and documents, the hosting of this marketing site, the way we understand site traffic, how we catch errors in our own tools, and how we send invoices. We list them in the interest of full transparency, not because they sit in the path of your data.
Subprocessors
These are the third parties that process Segment360's own corporate data in the categories described above. Each entry is in the form name, purpose, and primary processing location.
- Google Cloud / Workspace. Corporate email, documents, and hosting for this marketing website. United States.
- Stripe. Payment processing and invoicing for Diagnostic engagements and billing. United States.
We engage each of these under written terms with data-protection obligations, and we keep this list current. If we add or replace a corporate subprocessor in one of these categories, we update this page on the effective date.
Client cloud infrastructure
Your cloud provider is not a Segment360 subprocessor. When the agents run on Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, or Microsoft Azure, they run inside your own account, under your own contract with that provider, in the region you choose. You are the controller of that infrastructure and the data within it.
- The account is yours: billed to you, governed by your agreement with the provider, and administered by you.
- The data stays put: it is processed in your account and never copied out to Segment360.
- The control is yours: you grant the least-privilege roles we use, you see our activity in your own logs, and you can revoke access at any time.
Because of this, we do not list your cloud provider here. The relationship is directly between you and the provider, and the provider acts as your subprocessor, not ours.
Changes and notice
We will update this page whenever our corporate subprocessor list changes, and we will revise the date at the top. For clients with a written agreement that includes advance notice of subprocessor changes, we honor that notice mechanism so you have the opportunity to review and, where your agreement allows, object.
