The role
You will decide which agents are worth building, for whom, and in what order, then make sure they actually ship and run. This is product management at a company that operates what it sells, so your roadmap is measured in live systems and outcomes, not features in a backlog.
What you'll do
- Turn customer problems and Diagnostic findings into a clear, sequenced plan of what to build.
- Define the product: what an agent should do, where it draws the line, and how we know it is good.
- Work shoulder to shoulder with engineers and operators, from scoping through launch through the monthly outcome readout.
- Sharpen how we talk about the work: positioning, pricing inputs, and the honest story of what we do and do not do.
What we're looking for
- Product experience shipping technical products, ideally data or AI, that real people used.
- Strong judgment about scope: you cut the right 80 percent and protect the 20 that matters.
- You write clearly and decide quickly, and you are comfortable owning outcomes, not just specs.
- Genuine curiosity about how agentic systems behave in production.
Bonus points
- You have worked closely with forward-deployed or services teams.
- B2B, regulated industries, or operations-heavy customers.
- A technical background you can still get your hands dirty with.
How we work
Senior, remote-first, and async. The person who designs your system builds it and operates it: no layers, no handoffs. You own your work in front of the client, and we back you with real ownership, meaningful equity, and the time and tools to do it well. The full list of what you get is on the careers page.
